We allow the transport of pets‚ sports equipment‚ musical instruments‚ medical equipment‚ and special items‚ subject to the following conditions:

  • Submission of relevant documents
  • Prior approval
  • Payment for special baggage (except medical equipment)

The full process (document submission‚ approval‚ and payment) must be completed at least 7 days before the flight date.

Please note:

  • Passengers who booked directly through our website (booking number starting with 305) can pay for the service directly via the “My Booking” area.
  • Passengers with a different booking number - we will contact you to collect payment by credit card after the documents are submitted and reviewed.
