All prices are displayed in EUR‚ USD or Israeli Shekels (NIS)‚ according to the currency selected by the customer.
Payment is made in Israeli Shekels (NIS). Where the price is displayed in a currency other than NIS‚ the amount payable in NIS will be calculated using the higher exchange rate applicable to the relevant currency on the actual date of payment‚ in accordance with applicable law.
The price shown includes only the services and items that are explicitly stated as included. Any additional services or charges will be presented separately.

The responsibility for purchasing suitable insurance rests with the passenger. The Company will not be responsible for any loss or expense that could have been covered by insurance but was not covered because the passenger did not purchase appropriate insurance.
Travel insurance should be purchased before leaving the country. Please note that insurance policies may differ in the coverage they provide and that not all policies cover all circumstances in which a flight or booking may be cancelled. We recommend carefully reviewing the policy terms and conditions‚ including the coverage provided for cancellation and changes to travel plans.
Passengers are responsible for checking their travel documents when they receive them and making sure that all required documents are in their possession.
Passengers should also check that all details are correct and match their booking and the name as it appears in their passport.
As a general rule‚ no refund will be provided for cancellations made for personal reasons‚ including a change of plans‚ inability to travel due to a medical condition‚ or any other circumstances. Such cancellations will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellation will be permitted only where applicable law provides for cancellation and a refund‚ or where the customer purchased the ‘Refund Your Ticket’ service or any other cancellation or refund service at the time of booking. This policy is subject to applicable law. In the event of any conflict between this policy and applicable law‚ the provisions of applicable law shall prevail.
