Refund and Compensation Requests

In some cases‚ you may be required to pay for baggage at the airport even though it was purchased in advance. This may happen due to a technical issue or because the baggage was added shortly before departure and the information was not yet updated in the airport systems.

If you paid for baggage in advance and were charged again at the airport‚ you can submit a refund request using the form at the bottom of this page.

Please attach the receipt for the payment made at the airport.

In some cases‚ operational requirements may result in changes to seat assignments‚ even if a seat was selected in advance.

If you were assigned a different seat‚ you may submit a refund request using the form at the bottom of this page.

Important: A refund will not be provided if the original seat assignment did not comply with safety requirements or regulations‚ for example‚ children or passengers with disabilities assigned to an emergency exit row.

If your flight was cancelled‚ delayed‚ or changed‚ you may be entitled to compensation or a refund in accordance with the Aviation Services Law.
